On August 10 tanks raided and theshelling took place. The Russian soldiers forced us to come out of houses. There were attempts of killings; they bombed; Russians, Ossetians and Chechens were shooting.
My husband, Tamas Gelashvili, was wounded. There was an attempt of rape. They burnt our house, took the cattle, cars; they beat us and took the property of approx. 70 000 GEL. The Russians were beating us, they laughed at us and insulted. It is difficult to describe.
On August 6 the incident was carried out solely by military (Ossetians, Russians, Chechens, Cossacks). We were close to the place of location of Georgian Army. They attacked out of a sudden; we did not expect it, they attacked from about 12 o'clock in the night.
My husband, Tamaz Gelashvili, could not leave the village.
