Reason of my state of refugee is confrontation between Georgians and Ossetians set up by Russians. We used to live with Ossetians very well, we have nothing to share and will neither have in future, if there is not Russian imperialism. I and my family are refugees for the second time. First from Tskhinvali- I was ousted from the house I was brought up in 1990. I became refugee on 12 August when my provisional residence was bombed by Russian aviation. It will be hard to perceive for those who had not experienced it- I spend the best years of my youth in being a refugee.

Life of me and my family was endangered due to Russian bombings and raids of band formations. I have severe injury of body as a result of beating by butt of a gun. I saw how money - from sold cow- was taken from my mother and she was also physically insulted. They destroyed tractor, harvest, they burnt houses. They tied her and inflicted physical insult as she had resisted. They took furniture from the house, took jewelry from my wife and insulted her too. I can not name approximate value of the taken property, as it is immeasurable to me.

The most awful incident to me is that my parents were insulted. (When they didn't give them money they got from sold cow).

I managed to run away with my wife and child by passing woods half naked. My parents were tied and thrown in the basement as I heard. I know nothing about them today.

This fact was carried out by Ossetian and Russian band formation members dressed in Russian military form. They spoke in Ossetian and Russian languages.

This happened on 12 August, Georgian army was not near and there was not fight. They took materials that were taken by phone and destroyed our telephones too. The fact can be proved by my wife and neighbors.
